BlackBerry has been in production of the Z10 since sometime in December.
Let's assume BlackBerry has been in production for 70 days for the current quarters launch - ending March 2.
300,000 units divided by 70 = only 4286 handsets produced and sold per day worldwide.
They are predicted to sell 2,000,000 older BB7 devices in February - That's over 70,000 per day. Are the old devices really going to outsell the new flagship BB10 by over a factor 10?
Correction, they need to produce only 4286 per day to acheive 10,000 daily sales. I could almost do that in my basement.
That must be what Thorsten Heins is doing right now... JK
Nearly 5000 units sold preorders from one franchise in Saudi Arabia...in 2 hours!@
They were building 500k per month up to dec then increased it to 2 million per month in december 2012. im sure they have increased it since but that means they have about 6,5 million in the pipe
