I think this is what the main issue is with the phone. I'm on my second phone and have the same issue. I spoke to a rep. from fido in Montreal about my issue. He put me on hold and got back to me and said that this is an issue that Blackberry is aware of. I told him that I was concerned about my 14 day warranty. Blackberry has to come out with a software fix really fast. I think this is leading to the weakness in share price and perhaps this is the reason why production has to be increased due to the high returns. I'm speculating that this is the same issue that one other poster posted in Langley BC. I love the phone but this is a big issue that needs to be addressed right away.
ok. lets give u the benefit, if u r telling truth, sorry for doubting but u understand. anyway, there may be a small percentage of phones that are DOA or jave a very high drain issue. But this is certainly of no concern to us as reports of this have been very rare indeed. .Furthermore BB deveop have officially responded that increasing the batt life is not a priority for them as the phone have decent life and they have more important things to work on. smart phone suck juice when u use them. turn off LTE etc. so wether u r lying or truthful. please leave us the heck alone.
You just may have a dud battery. I use on average 6000-7000 mins a month on my package from bell. I bought this phone about 2 weeks ago and I run 3 businesses from it. My phone just doesn't stop being used and I haven't had a problem getting a full day out of it yet.
