I went to the Verizon store on University Ave. in downtown Palo Alto today. on the other side of the street is a huge Apple store. I talked to the Verizon store manager. His name is Benito. I asked him how are sales of Z10 and how about returns. He said the sales were about 3 per day, and that his store hasn't had a single return of Z10 ever. I asked "how is it possible?". He said that Blackberry and Apple phone buyers know what they are doing and almost never return. On the other hand, he said that people that aren't sure what they are doing, usually by Android phones, and those do get returned.
I admit that this is just one store, but I wonder what the sample size was for Dimwitter's "research".
