SEC is CLEARLY corrupt. they bust a few small bad traders here and there because they are not in bed with them. but bigger firms REGULARLY get away with MURDER. sec makes all sorts of excuses (lack of resources etc) but the truth is clear. just look at the foundations of the SEC and where its staff ends up later.
SEC has been nothing but a bunch of crooks, ignoring illegal activities by their buddies on wall street.
look at, what her name?, mary jo white. what did she really do or just get on sec, ignoring wrong doings, and now ready to leave and get ready to sleep with those crooks!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I guess only time will tell if BBRY will beat the PC guess of 300k phones thi... oh wait.... they already beat that... I wonder if there is anyone with actual shares that gets fooled anymore... I suppose there must be at least some shorts or algos that pick up on this, as the stock went down more than it should have. I mean any other analyst reports this, I will at least read the article, but not if it is PC lol... I would be interrested to know everyone that works at the company, so I can know not to take their word to be worth anything. I suppose that is what I will do now.
absolutely some very skilled lying. and very evil. they spend a lot of time and effort makeing the best lies that sound the most convinceing. they belong in jail. this is not just one offence of manipulative practices, but repeated.
SEC needs to "take-off-their-panties" and grow some balls! They'd better perform in Ringling Brothers than watch/monitor our Markets! What a "country-club set" those goons are! Rome burns and they are doing the 2-step! Geez!
oh the SEC has balls...enough to look the other way as thier buddies perpetrate this sort of manipulation on a regular basis. they mainly only bust small traders or independent ones that dont play ball with them.
I guess they figure they don't make money when a hedge fund records a loss they would rather see them record millions in gains and get the 30+% cap gains tax and let the little common share holders take the loss
