BBRY is the only company that feels it necessary to announce that one of it's existing customers is staying with them. To the point that they need a formal press release.
I have been studying BBRY and what they don't tell you is much more valuable than what they choose to tell you. Nevertheless, you can glean a lot from looking at the things they choose to tell you and asking yourself why they did that.

BlackBerry has announced that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the largest department in the nation, is currently deploying BlackBerry 10 devices and BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10. The LASD is already and existing BlackBerry customer and will now be moving to BlackBerry 10 to increase the capabilities of their on-the-go devices.
