    • Most analysts have 12 month targets near $ 45.

Why would Netsuite go higher ?

      • YET, trades at a 33% premium to that Target price of $45. This just proves how stupid these buyers are.

But people like Mr. Goldberg doesn't care about that. This guy exercises stock option at a $1.50 and sells them at close to $60 and makes a $1m a day sometimes 2 times per week. He has 800,000 of these $1.50 stock options and hundreds of thousands more at prices between $5 to $12...way in the money.

And the United States Government allows him to net 85% of that after a measly 15% in capital gain taxes, more than any other country. The US is the most generous when it comes to capital gains/dividend taxes....and the US has a $17,000,000,000 ($17 trillion in debt). If people don't get social security retirement income because its broke, you must blame the republicans for this!
