It's often a good time to buy a stock after a crash and investigation going on by ambulance chasers. Do you know how many are under investigation right now or how many have been, taken the plunge and then given a short term buyer like me 100% getting in and out fast? LOL
Sure, there are always some legit cases but even those don't always give subjective reason for a drastic drop in stock prices so the chances that there is an investigation that results in cooking books of a company headed towards bankruptcy is usually slim out of all those under some kind of investigation. Risks? Sure but there are risks in every stock and one of the biggest long term risks would be Apple when it lands at $20 and stays flat ten years before a new better tech stock comes along imo
I'm no Broker. Just someone with a hell of a lot of experience if going on 34 years experience trading is considered long enough.
** BIOSCRIP INC, $10.34, down 7 pct (09:46 a.m. ET)
The infused drugs provider said the U.S. government is investigating the distribution of Novartis AG's drug Exjade by Bioscrip's former specialty pharmacy division, which was divested last year. Bioscrip said the investigation is civil in nature.
Exjade treats chronic iron overload resulting from blood transfusions, and is also approved for patients who have non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia.
