stockluver,I dont see a charge in q1. They mention $200,000, but thats from q1 of FY '10. And they spent $111,000 related to restructuning this qtr, but I think that was all accrued for in past qtrs.best.
Yeah, I was the one who got that wrong. What I was looking at was a $236 non-cash stock based compensation expense, which was about a $300k reversal for that item from q1 2010.I think you should add this back in calculating EBITDA.My bad I went through this way too fast in deciding whether to buy in today or not.I ended up buying shares after hours and this morning for an average cost of $3.90, so needless to say my rush was not a good idea on my part.I may now have the highest cost basis of any shareholder!
