they have to release an update

to wake this stock up and to tell investors if they have any idea what they are doing - let us know if Marco is doing a good job or just taking up a chair - are we seeing money coming into our cash register or is Marco just another illusion. Tell us something.

    • The writing is on the wall... Either they are taking it private... Thats my guess... Or going dark... Either option is not favorable to us stuck holders...

      • Until more comes out, it is all speculation. An event is likely soon though that required the recent action so that the financial position of the company can be locked in and not change. This could be a potential change of ownership from public to private. It could be a buyout or merger. It could just be a structured refinancing of debt where the lender is putting on the handcuffs. To add further to the "drama" if this action is in anticipation of such a future event, you may not see anything until the next move is made, triggering the required notifications.

      • Not going dark or they would have deregistered all shares. I must say that many compamies have traveled to the darkside just to avoid the burden of sec filing compliance but I doibt that UDW is movong in that direction based on the fact that Chuck received a big chunk of shares recently and even made a large market purchase.

Now I must also state that if UDW would go dark the stock is still permitted to trade on the OTC.

        Sentiment: Strong Sell
