    • Mir, was that 1.2 million a single block of stock? thanks in advance for answer.

    • The 1,253,200 shares you referenced as being bought at $4:01 were probably accumulated all day for a single buyer and recorded as you indicated. This is a common practice when someone is accumulating a large position. One cannot slam an order of that magnitude on the market in one chunk without paying a fortune for the shares.

    • I don't see the 1.2M shares in the AH quotes so maybe it went through as part of the regular trading day volume. I did however find 3 massive AH trades:

      650K @ $99.30
      650K @ $99.80
      80K @ $100.0389

For anyone interested in seeing for themselves, here's a link to AH quotes on NASDAQ:

    • Also big postions after hours for AA. Paid above close price...not as big as FCX..

PCU also had one good size purchase after hours.

FCX had presentation at Bears Stearns waiting on slides to view if anything new..

I only found these 3....anyone else find anything?

That's all I'm saying not starting any ideas...just stating facts.

Maybe someone figured out Metals are beaten down...or something else is happening??

      • Well, let's see.....what did I find today that pertained to FCX. First I read on my E*Trade News site for FCX that Full Metal Minerals signed an option agreement with FCX Exploration Corp. subsidiary of FCX to explore Pebble South Property in Alaska which went into more detail than I recall. Perhaps I will take some time this weekend to research the Pebble South Property in Alaska unless someone else out there would like to share what they know about it.

Next, I watched a Video of a Moly firm in Canada (don't remember their name) right here on our Yahoo Headline news for FCX which mentioned FCX as a competitor of theirs for Moly and I do remember that FCX said on their last Qtly report and update that they were going to pursue updating a Moly facility (I think it was in CO) and that Moly is an important financial component they produce besides copper and gold.

Lastly, like it or not, Cramer is constantly pumping FCX on his Mad Money programs and Fast Money likes them do I.....and that's all that matters!!

Have a great weekend. Next week should be an even better one for FCX!!!
