Even at $.16 per quarter, that's $.64 per year, and with the shares outstanding that is $33 Million a year for the dividend. THEY will HAVE to BORROW the money to pay the dividend as they do not have the cash flow
Oh, you can count on them borrowing money. They have done that many times over the past few years. Then they dilute shareholders by doing a secondary offering. This time it will likely be in the 40 million share range.
