    • Diversifried is smoke. He admits there's no criminal activity. Every company bends the rules-- KKD is not the only one. Diversifried newsflash: "KKD bends the rules. They'll therefore collapse."

What about all the other companies that do the same thing?

The real truth is the short sellers are trying to create panic so they don't lose their shorts. What will come of it? ZILCH.

I sure am impressed with the work that divursefi and other shorts have done on this dying fad scam. Perhaps instead of knocking his efforts you,who have contributed nothing ,should counter his work by responding line for line to his assessments. Doubt if you have either the mental capacity or endurance ,but give it a try and you might gain a modicum of credibility which is more than you have with plain old dull bashing.

    • "di_vur_si_fi, now there's a character. Do you know when he started posting here he
said he wanted to get a job as an analyst and was going to use this message board as a
means to establish his interpretive abilities to potential employers"

His ambitions have evolved...he now plans to write a book (Pulitzer is the goal) about his KKD findings "when it's all over," and he is vindicated.

      That's EXACTLY right, isn't it di_vur_se_fi?

    • di_vur_si_fi, now there's a character. Do you know when he started posting here he said he wanted to get a job as an analyst and was going to use this message board as a means to establish his interpretive abilities to potential employers. That's about right, ain't it, di_vurs? That was almost two years ago.

Problem is, real analysts keep an open mind and di_vurs has always started with a conclusion and looked for 'facts' to justify it. Also, none of his predictions or conclusions have proved valid.

You can base your investments on what he says, but his bias makes the posts untrustworthy to anyone seeking real information.

    • Working in Winston Salem is laid back. I have this funny feeling since they gave you so few options that you are in fact Phalen. Glad you have a job but negotiating skills were weak or don't you plan to stay for long. I commend you for trying but its hard to put lipstick on this pig.

    • I'll reply...I do have a job that I work at during the day that tends to take a lot of my time. Or don't you work?

I'll get to it, just real busy right now.

    • After 8 mos and Phalen it what arrives? Seem they got off cheap with only 75,000 shs and long vesting. Must have little confidence in him as they typically throw money and options around like water . Remember the $18,000,000 Exec and the big payouts to Directors. He got ripped off big time.

    • Newsflash-- KKD isn't the only stock that issues stock options... duh!

    • I suppose everyone will now think that KKD is evil for granting the new CFO options, or that collusion is afoot b/c of it. Guys, these options aren't even above water yet, nor are they fully vested at this point, so even if they were above water, he couldn't exercise them. I can't wait to see all the lunatics jump on this option issue...like if any of you had options at $1.30 on KKD you wouldn't cash them in. Right. We'll all buy that.
