    Stephen Cooper's strategy

Precisely - at best the franchisee only has to pay KKD 150-200 thousand per year. Its not much juice.

Much better for KKD to fold the franchises together then file bankruptcy and pick up all the good shops.

Slow paying does not win the franchisee much.

Holding on wins Cooper the right to pick and chose stores over the whole network when he eventually files Chapter 11.

Stephen Cooper is - I tell you this - trying to fold the franchisees in together so he controls the whole lot in chapter 11 and can pick and chose over the whole lot.

The franchisees are hoping to somehow hold the good stores.

Franchisees - there is an offer on the table. $50K and Cooper will buy your franchise. Take it or leave it.

Silverpoint of course wants to take it!
