I would think that the board would be the best possible place for the next resignations. Because, either they were blind to what was going on, looked the other way or are involved.
If I was long this stock, I would like a new independent outside board replacing the current KKD members.
the McAleer family, Jubilee investments et al. extracted about $200m from this company less than 24 months ago. The Dallas deal, insider stock sales etc. Of course as inventors of "donut theatre" they may have well felt that they deserved it. Tate and Randy Casstevens did a "head for the hills" around then. The Posse should run them up too.
You know, he probably was out voted, didn't have control, didn't like what was going on...but was on the board, represented his family and didn't want to leave the company.
I really don't have that knowledge and anything conserning would only be "maybe bull
Sure, for all of us that he has helped make money on this stock, he is our white knight. By the way, I intend to make much more money from the final ride down from here (than what I have already made since shorting in the $30s, $20s, $10s, and single digits).
Absolutely nothing wrong with thoroughly analyzing a $6-$8 stock, you can make plenty of money out of it. The scales are different, but not the ability to make money.
Isn't it outstanding that our white knight, who's 24-hour/7-day/12-month/5-year(?)obssession with a $6 to $8 donut stock can easily slam dunk anything he says on a Yahoo message board, and can do so simply by referring to his old posts?

Make no mistake about it, this was Scott's design culminated over many years. And Mac was the main accomplice early on. But in the end, Scott overtook Mac. Scott was buying off his competition, including Mac.
They definately parked Jack.
