    Poised to Run!

    The chart looks very strong this morning. This puppy is ready to bust out to the upside, my good friends! It's easy to join the party- just buy some shares, sit back and enjoy a hot coffee and some fresh doughnuts! "Can I get another AMEN?!"

    :o)

    • Bad childhood, huh? Sorry...

      Some believe the past doesn't exist. If they're right, let it go and it's gone.

      But I think all time runs in parallel, while our consciousness simply perceives it in tiny slices that piece together our reality as it (our consciousness) moves in a "linear" fashion through time...

      When it gets too much to think about I just tune into SpongeBob Squarepants, and wallow in its wisdom.

    • that was a painful time of my life.

      thank you for making me relive it.

    • Chavez, I want to go hunting down there real bad. He got me this week in AES. My butt still hurts.

      When the price oil is up, the economy here is good. I own a busines that services industrial companies. I make my money to support my stock trading habit from this.
      I been doing alot with oil exploration companies lately, they explore here in the winter, when things are froze.
      The gold mines be spending alot over the last few years.

      I agree that oil will be replaced someday. As long as it make my jet boat go as fast Im down with it.

      Don't worry we will be pals. So where is your Ranch?

    • Will admit I almost had one of Yukon Jack's brown grizzly bear stains in my pants when I looked up and saw it just coming off $12.00. (Guess Mr. Chang is surely gone now.) Quite a doji in the end eh?

      ======================================
      Yup the emotions are the same, scare the crap out you.

      What do you think about that 250k tranaction? Was that rogue short covering? Most institutional buyers , either negotiate a trade like that or spread it out.
      It could have been someone testing to see if they could start a short squeeze.

      Any thoughts? I was puzzled.

    • You need to think of it more like helping Old Jack out.
      ============

      Sorry Jackster, I guess your pain is our gain. And c'mon bud, you can't possibly like being in bed with the likes of OPEC, Chavez, et al...

      (and it gets worse) One day, oil will no longer be needed. But we're still pals, right? :oD

    • ... and gas will again be $1.20 a gallon at the pump.
      <snip

      Hey $3.00 a gallon gasline in good for the ecomony.

      <snip
      And that's a good thing 'cuz we been gettin' ripped off for long enough.............

      You need to think of it more like helping Old Jack out.

      Oil will bottom in the 40's.
      With those type predictions I think you better rename the ranch, "JellystoneBearshoe".

      Where is your ranch?

    • Dang! Rerno fooled me on that one with his rn trick! Ah well, happens to the best of us!

      Oil, you say? As I've said before, crude is headed back to $25/bbl. If you got oil stocks, let 'em go. We're down about $10/bbl since I first made my $25 crude oil price forecast... (when YOU reacted like Ole Blue was freakin' NUTS!), and down a bunch from the $80 highs with crude breaking below $52 today for the first time in what, a year and half?. So how do you like my oil prediction now? Not so crazy after all, huh? Get used to falling oil prices... and gas will again be $1.20 a gallon at the pump. And that's a good thing 'cuz we been gettin' ripped off for long enough.

      Also, since I'm in a jolly mood I'll give you another freebie- stocks (S&P, Dow etc) are done for now. Topping out. The S&P is topping around 1425'ish; the Dow at around 12,500. I would not be surpised if we re-test the 2004-2005 lows this year, meaning 1100 on the spoos and 10,000 on the Dow...

      So sayeth the great BLUE! :o)

    • Hey, cheer up. It's not that bad. At least your Hindenburg-sized losses on KKD are offest by your gains in JOSB, right?
      ====
      Not "un-cheery". (that "dunno" was from the board fool who has decided to use his "rn=m" trick on this name too.)

      There was a lot to like today including nice gains for JOSB, BBBY, and NTRI. Oil could have been a lot better, but I'll die owning those so I'm marginally indifferent within a fairly broad price range.

      KKD could have been better from my viewpoint (particularly the timing of my short) but could have been a whole lot worse. Will admit I almost had one of Yukon Jack's brown grizzly bear stains in my pants when I looked up and saw it just coming off $12.00. (Guess Mr. Chang is surely gone now.) Quite a doji in the end eh?

      Why'd everyone go silent this afternoon? My excuse was sailing. Cool but a great breeze. The cartoons really that good? :-)

      Speed Racer had one of the coolest cars in the cartoon world- could cut down whole forests at 100mph, and jump over stuff, and be a submarine, and.... Had a hottie named Trixie at his side, and a personal mechanic, and a monkey that always helped him out of tight spots (Chim Chim). Now speaking of cartoons, gotta go, I think Dexter's Lab is coming on....

      (you know this trading stuff is all fine and good until it interfere's with my cartoon watching...)

      :o)

    • What ya thinkin' there, chmchm? (that was the name of Speed Racer's monkey, btw)
      ======

      Dunno. Who is Speed Racer?
