Anybody have a count? About 63M? Before or after yesterday's dilution?
Lawboy:
RE your earlier post, I stand corrected to your suggestion "talk of violation of covenants is just silly -- the company is safe for the indefinite future." I had read the Loan Agreement, in particular the financial covenants and restrictions but not studied them in detail relative to the probabilities in the event Krispy does not achieve "significant" profitability and the availability of high risk capital should dry up. I further assumed that the new lenders would not be beyond rigging the usual loan-to-own strategy as a fallback position.
Nor can I argue with your if Brewster finds that second reason for people to come to KKD, this company will fly, here and overseas. Hell of a big "if" and I question that Brewster has yet to find a first reason for people to come to Krispy other than the Hot Now nonsense and opening hype which trapped the early franchisers and will similarly con their overseas brethren , with Krispy to benefit briefly from the one-time franchise fees, equipment sales, and royalties from initial sales surges.
O.K., you're one happy camper. Why don't you go out on a limb and give us a forcast of how the 4th quarter is going to shape up. Tell us what Co. stores figures will be and also KKM&D and Franchise. I'm 100% certain that you and any other bull on KKD won't rise to the challenge.
Then before you run too far, I'm really happy to join you in your happiness. I really wish you the same happiness that my wife (I put a gun to her head) and I have and even more than our 25 years together.
Remember what Duke Eliington said about music, "If it sounds good, it is good."
With your marriage, "If it feels good it is good!"
Met her on a summer bike (bicycle) trip. Snow is secondary. But enough, gotta run.
yeah, yeah, I know...
OK!
(By the way, after all, it is the Internet.)
LOL
You are WAY too clever today! I hope you are writing this stuff down or working on your book at the same time.
OK, I gotta get a couple things done before I roll out of here, will talk to you tomorrow.
Sure, Myra will have significance.
Not like Suzie.
Multi-tasking lets us do both at the same time.
I love the Internet!
You're good, man. Thanks by the way...
"remembered for generations to follow" -- liked that too.
I may actually start calling her Myra, now and again.
Me too. I hate when that happens as well. Myra will certainly appreciate slow hands and delicate fingers in your approach. What you will elicit with your delicate touch will be remembered for generations to follow.
From my point of view, kindly accept my congratulations on finding the perfect match!
