If it had not been for all the litigation expenses they would have shown a profit. The retirement of debt is good as it could bring more down to the bottom line going forward. Although is could fall further the selling seems to be a bit overdone.
Thanks. Wondering whether they'll make a profit in Q4, or whether increases in their raw material costs, primarily sugar will keep them in the red. With the poor action leading up to the earnings, it's like "someone knew" they were going back in the red. So likely the stock action well ahead will again foretell Q4 earnings.
There is a HUGE short position on the stock. Approx 2.5% (1.5M shares) according to yahoo finance. When this stock finally does pop.... it's gonna pop fast as the shorts have to cover -- driving the price even higher.
