    The only question...

Really looks like a stellar take out target.

They are large enough to be an established BRAND while still being small enough to:

    1. Acquire at a reasonable cost

    And

    2. Be able to grow SIGNIFICANTLY over the next 8 to 10 years + in the right hands.

A well run profitable company with a strong balance sheet.

They look like prime target material.

    • Could they be a target?

Logically they seem to fit the bill.

    • Still believe strongly that they must be a take out target.

Believe the ONLY thing standing in the way of them being taken out is the PREMIUM they must (and should ) be demanding.

Have no idea what that PREMIUM is...but don't fool yourself...

EVERYBODY has a price. It is just a matter of who will be willing to pay the premium for this ICONIC Brand.

      Are there multiple possible bidders?

    • they can't establish a footprint that works in the United States, how long can foreign growth run before it stalls- what is the problem, if they were smart they would just follow Chipotle from one onpeing to the next, they have someone who can pick a location.
