    Longbow

Started coverage on CBOU on December 4th with a target of $17. CBOU acquired for $16 less than 2 weeks later.

Will KKD share the same fate?

    • Will other analysts recognize KKD's growth Story after tomorrow's Conference?

    • Amazingly Yahoo Finance doesn't even have a direct article about Longbow starting coverage with a $15 target on Friday morning.

Another example of KKD being under watched even after Friday.

Some Analyst feel the guidance for 2013 and 2014 operating earnings by the Company is extremely conservative at $35 Million in 2013 with up to $40 Million for 2014. They just reported $9 Million in the most recent quarter.

Would guess that 2013 may have $40 to $46 Million and as much as $52 to $56 Million in 2014.

Apply 25 to 30 PE's to those number and a market cap of $1.3 to 1.6 Billion would not be hard to imagine in the next few months.

      • New Bloomberg article FINALLY making the observation that the Krispy Kreme BRAND is a very valuable asset that a buyer would be WISE to acquire. Even without a near term acquisition KKD is being run as an efficient growth machine that should really get some attention in the months ahead. Still though...very few seem to be paying attention to the Story here. That may bode well for longs as the story slowly becomes recognized.

If the estimates above a remotely accurate...then you could see $14 within days / weeks with a potential acquisition well north of $15.

$20's cannot be ruled out in 2013.
