KKD is at a completely different point.
The industry knows it too.
They are probably the most sought after BRAND out there in the QSR industry.
A ridiculously strong and deep BRAND LOYALTY...tremendous balance sheet....lean operations...
AND a Market Cap well below the $1 Billion level with a RELATIVELY smallish number of locations. The Domestic and Worldwide growth opportunities are seemingly limitless over the next decade or two.
Why wouldn't they be a MAJOR TARGET???!!
