I think its going to wrestle with these levels for some time to come. It'll take a while for any breakthrough to be sustainable and high ramp up in price. I agree that $18 is a reasonable stretch target. But I would anticipate it staying in the $12-$18 range for at least a couple years before banding back up to $30.... $40....
