Just wanted to point out that this is a case study on the importance of the BRAND.
The marketing by KKD is second to none...(not that they need to market).
There must be must be multiple entities that would love to add KKD to their stable of BRANDS.
Krispy Kreme could be the crown jewel of a conglomerates List of BRANDS.
Would have to guess KKD would require a HUGE Premium to do a deal.
As high as $22 to $24 would be my guess.
