Hmm...here I am, the typical KK management guy who got his shares pre-ipo at around $5-$9 bucks (or God forbid even FREE, as stated in KK's "let's all get rich, dumb and happy on other people's money" incentive program for employees), and my lockup agreement is about to expire.
To find out what effect this will have on my shares (if I was long), we need to compute the following formula:
1st - As a long I would ask myself: What would I do if I was in their shoes?
2nd - multiply your answer in step #1 by oh, let's say, roughly 10 MILLION ADDITIONAL SHARES!
3rd - compare that to fond memories of KK moving up $1 on 2,000 shares purchased over a 3 hour period in 100 share increments.
4th - let's all join hands, take a deep breath, all together now........
