    Trailing earnings are 1.55. Current fiscal year's projected earnings: 1.94. Even at a minimal 12 x earnings (15 is more reasonable), BKS should be 21-23. Your $10 is wrong even under your crazy 8-10 PE. In a low interest rate environment, no growing company should sell so low for long. Once the beginning of an economic recovery comes, and earnings estimates start being raised, there is much room for this stock to rise. I added to my holdings yesterday.

    • this is an old post i am replying to, but i just found it in a search. I think you are confusing me with what I am replying to (and disputing). My point was, if one used the metrics in the post I replied to, that would make AMZn worth about a buck. Suggesting that yes, I agree with you, using the method of valuation described may inded be "crazy."

      FYI I do not have (and have never had) a position in BKS, either way. It has been on my watch list for the last four month or so, however, as I continue to monitor companies that may be worth investing in once some of the uncertainties in the market are settled.
