When a company spins-off a segment of thebusiness, isn't it customary that current shareholders areissued shares of the new company? Will that be the casewith BKS?If anybody has any info. &/or sees anarticle related to this question, could you please postit on the messageboard....Thanks,Chris
BKS would soar if the company gave a warrant to shareholders that would let existing shareholders get a small allocation of the IPO shares. Isn't our money as good as the general public?
Our money is just as good but no better than anyone elses. Everyone seems to want a free handout on the IPO. Get real people you gotta earn your money.
Does anyone know when the IPO is expected? How about a guess at the opening price? The symbol of the new spinoff would also be helpful. Thanks in advance. CADman.
