I wouldn't be surprised if Jeeves announces a follow-on offering to raise cash when they report earnings. It makes sense. They're planning to launch a major advertising program in late spring/early summer and also boost product development.
If Q1 was a great quarter, this would be the best time to raise money. It would also explain all the insider sales.
