If you don't believe the recent report written by the "certified financial analyst" for a fair valuation of 1.57, please contact the CFA Institute to look into this. CFA Institute takes ethics very seriously. Additionally, PV claimed that the analyst was a "certified financial analyst". Is that even a real designation? CFA stands for "Chartered Financial Analyst".
Who would even write a report claiming that the company is worth 70 times what it is trading for? Doesn't the report writer have to consider that there is something fraudulent rather than that kind of mispricing??
Verges uses crooked CPA's and CFA's. Unfortunately, there are quite a few out there. The crooked CFA's tend to be low-lifes who took their exams in a third world country and cheated, and then sell their 'certified' opinion out to American penny stock companies. I wouldn't be surprised if the CFA who did this paid report was from Eastern Europe or South America.
