That's right, the auditor who works out of his home in Denver, and has only recently began filing reports for clients who have migrated from the closed down prior auditor. Good luck in getting in touch with him. He doesn't answer his phone either.
"FULL REPORTING" companies had to file by the 15th.They are not considered this way.
They pay taxes on the figures they report. They cannot avoid as these figures are automatically submitted to IRS by the SEC.
Audited by who...a third rate CPA who's got some shady clients..????
If you are so sure why not to sue the company and the auditors. You can get a lot of money in damages. There are lawyers who take the case free of charge if you can convince them that there is a case.
