Personally, if I had anything to do with Waterside Capital, I wouldn't mention it. Like they say on Shark Tank: "Investors want their money back!"
But don't worry, the CEO sounds like he gets it. Here's what he wrote in the Annual Report:
"As a fellow investor with you in our Company, I take great comfort from our strategy."
What I want to know is how they put the Home Depot building up in two weeks (from ground breaking to open) and the Heritage Bank construction took something like a couple of years?
