Constantly-buying insiders are not buying at this low price ... it's not like them to pass when the price dips ... something is up.Going private, sale or maybe an ESOP buyout?
Insider ownership 32% ... probably have enough to make a private run, but it's close. Sale is probably more likely. Why? Years of frustration with the stock price ... shareholders would be better off with more liquid stock.
Watch ... something going on. Savvy insiders don't let the price stay low for long without buying.
