Time delay on going "dark" probably means there is some internal dissension about the future direction of the Bank. Still have to pay back SBLF ... going "dark" likely takes a capital raise off the table (has to make it harder to raise capital, no doubt about that), so probably can't pay SBLF back now. That means a sale of the Bank is more likely before SBLF is ever repaid.
