It looks like they are about $230M behind No. 3 TOWN in deposits. They could acquire HBKS and move back into No. 3.
Like a BBT/HBKS fit.

You always have issues whether branches are too close together. But if you look at the four key branches for HBKS (Downtown, Colley, Lynnhaven, and Hilltop), they are not too close to a BBT branch.
