MNRK has too many divisions; growing loans without solid borrowers; taking on asset risk; interest rate risk; borrowing money to finance itself; growing too fast; etc. MNRK looks risky.

MNRK - Up 78% in the last 2 years, AND recently hitting its all-time high.
HBKS - Up only 6% in the last 2 years, AND down 34% since DEC/2004....
I could go on and on and on comparing how/why these stocks are heading in different directions, but you're numb, so why bother?
