home..., Yes, what I post has absolutely nothing to do with stocks. You are a shrewd investor whose wisdom is grounded in your fundamental analysis and fortunately what I post, is grounded in truth.
I am very much living in the present. Now, you can either stand in front of the reputation of corporate/public new house builders or you can stand behind it. Or, you can get upset like attorney Stephen Galton of California, who has sued Yahoo (yahoo, news search: Yahoo lawsuit). Wouldn't it be a shame if freedom of speech and truth as exercised on the Internet were eliminated? This is another part of free enterprise and full disclosure for the benefit of all who wish to make an informed decision.
Thanks for your honesty, but your advice would be better directed toward all new house shoppers who have yet to make the mistake that I did.

homebuilder_watcher, please view this petition and the comments provided by signatories in light of your facts, and years of experience. Pay particular attention to the Beazer Homes' employee, Ms. Judy Collins #1301, who was 'allegedly' fired for her 'alleged' whistle blowing activity. www.petitiononline.com/mod perl/signed.cgi?haddhadd

Do not let the largest investment of your family's life become a financial and emotional nightmare. How much are you willing to risk? Financial security in your retirement? Your kids' college education?
IN MY OPINION, THERE IS NOT A LEGAL PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN THE MARKETPLACE TODAY THAT CARRIES THE DEGREE OF POTENTIAL FINANACIAL AND EMOTIONAL RISK FOR THE PURCHASER AS DOES THAT OF A NEW HOUSE.
