Even if news good today homebuilders will go up a little only to be sold and shorted back down. LEN and DHI have had nothing but good news yet can not move up and stay there. Handwriting is on the wall.
I'm unsure as to why all the buying right now (Oct. 7th). This should be hitting 34 dollars flat before the whole government thing is done.
