Does anyone know how much money (percentage wise) gets taken out of the FLY dividend, for the paying of foreign taxes, since this is a ADR? Thanks for your help. I don't see this listed on my brokerage account.

Yep, you are right. Here it is:11/24/2010 FLY LEASING 11/22 DIVIDEND DEPOSITORY FEE $1.20They incorrectly classified this as 'interest" so it didn't show up when I fetched a dividend report for FLY.So my original answer stands - for a regular taxable brokerage account at Scottrade, they keep 0.3 cents per ADR, or 1.5% of the dividend payment.
1.5% I don't know who takes it, but that is what is "missing" from my payments at Scottrade.
To make it completely clear, I'm talking 1.5% of the dividend payment (0.3 cents per share).
