While they might have industry experience, they have no real experience running a public company, and they are trying to pump their stock using the worst ways possible - fluff press releases and even worse, paying for 'questionable' research (The latest OTCBB Journal 'Research' on ILED is case in point - as the OTCBB Journal disclaimer states - "We are engaged in the business of marketing and advertising companies for monetary compensation. Never invest in any stock featured on our site or emails unless you can afford to lose your entire investment."
if they honor previous declaration to be 'on NASDAQ within a year' that would be a good step in right direction.
The problem is that the company is taking too long to release their new products. They've got some impressive stuff, but they're not shipping. If they want to make money, they need to step up and get stuff out the door.
