As I said, Obama will run deficits far in excess of anything Bush ran, even if TARP is included. Period. Any attempt to say otherwise is a lie. Obama's adding over 800 billion in one shot. Bush's largest deficit was 415 billion.
Obama hasn't even submitted a full budget yet. This is an emergency "stimulus" on top of a slew of new items that will be in his ongoing budgets, like universal health care.
You can talk about how you don't like Bush's tax cuts or don't like Iraq war or anything else until you're blue in the face. It doesn't change an incontrovertible fact: OBAMA WILL RUN DEFICITS FAR IN EXCESS OF ANYTHING BUSH RAN. PERIOD.
Furthermore, everything you mentioned were supported at the time by the Democrats except the tax cuts, including Iraq. The Homeland Security Dept. was proposed first by Congressional Democrats. Obama and Biden voted for TARP. No Child Left Behind was largely Kennedy's handiwork. The medicare benefit was first proposed by Clinton. The Congressional Democrats had their own more expensive version. Are you under the impression Democrats were opposed? Then you're on drugs. Which you probably are, judging by your rambling post.
Nor can anything change the fact that the largest Bush deficits were not close to a record as a percent of GDP, one another of your erroneous claims. The deficit dropped four years in a row before the sub-prime mess hit the fan.
The rest of what you talked about blasts off deep into the twilight zone and attempts to talk about 12 things all at once in good liberal airhead fashion.
