not good for PBR
Au contraire mon ami, this could be good for PBR and offshore Brazil.Too risky for the environment in the US.One more spill of significance in the U.S. right now, and the Obama greens will have all the ammo they need to put roadblocks in front of future US offshore developments and stop everything. The business risks of operating in the US are only going to go up unless you are aligned with Obama's green energy policies which the big investment banks dearly want to capitalize on.Taxpayers will of course be on the hook for the subsidies and higher energy costs but hey, that's the only 'capitalism' that Wall Street knows anymore.Wins
What problem are you talking about? Problem with penetration?Yes it is more costly but we have come a long way since the 1970's and even the 80's and the 90's. They have become quite cost effective!
