Short-term: The shortage is due to distribution problems (stikes) not suppply, per se.
Longer-term: On the other hand, most of Europe is not well supplied domestically with oil, and is dependent on Russian NG supplies.
NET: Any way you look at it, Europe is scrood. But there is no immediate impact for PBR... just business as usual.
