Yes, true. She is Guatemalan from what my husband said. I live 1 hour from the border of that country, I know what the stereotype looks like. She is not pure Indian/Mayan, she has some Spanish blood, and would be considered Mestizo. I am sure she´s had a tough life and that would make you age faster. On the other hand Latinos generally(if taken good care of) will age slower than your average anglo saxon, except for the sagging skin remains the same through all races. I saw she was 50 years old, she does look old for 50(and who knows when that pic was taken). I am not trying to be mean here, but Arnold must have been desperate.
