It’s time for good spring cleaning.

Cenveo must come to terms with it massive. More acquisitions is not the answer.
We must do some significant cutting and closing.

Steve “Hacksaw” Williamson, we need your expertise now more than ever!
Trim the deadwood. Separate the grain from the chaff. Purge the dross. Cull the herd.
    Do what you do best!

    • Forget Hacksaw. He’s out on the sunny West Coast collecting fatty checks only for Dancing With Himself. The guy possesses an intellect rivaled only by garden tools.

      Sentiment: Sell

    • More time in figuring out how to develop the systems and personnel to sustain and grow the number instead of throwing out a number, missing it, cutting out people, throwing their work onto others, doing a lousy job because of no plans or good enough people, throwing out another number, hoping to hit it, miss, cut out more... the number will never go up and will be hard to sustain.

      Sentiment: Hold

      • That's not the Burton skill set. All he and his minions know is slash and burn. They have never built a sustainable business. I recall a conversation with a former senior executive. He said Burton was disappointed when they looked at the envelope division of CVO after purchase. All of the costs that reasonably could be driven out had been. In spite of that they cut and cut and now their envelope division is third rate at best.
