who in there right mind would run a company like this ?
I have worked for an envelope company for 30 years.
cenveo has left some great people go form the envelope division,
both westvaco & cenveo.
when you start cutting good people, you only have one way to go.

Burton will see to it. The best a brightest are the first to go. They are hard to intimidate and are often outspoken about the best business practices and interests of the organization.
Burton will keep a few chancer insiders from the prior management of the failing company which become toadies. These toadies add a little credibility to the management structure and are ready to lend a hand with assistance in dismantling the organization.
Burton isn’t about growing his acquisitions. His MO (modus operandi ) is to strip mine the company of all equity and value for personal gain and then sell the scraps under the guise of a streamlined organization, when in fact they’re empty shells. All recent saving coming from liquidations and or unsustainable employee workloads.
I don’t believe Burton is really an intelligent man or real entrepreneur. He’s more of an aging bully jock, that has experienced some historical success by strategically aligning himself with a few select relatively intelligent but compliant individuals, and by the use of bravado and intimidation on everyone else.
