    "Insider" purchases....

Last June there were large purchases made by what are considered Insiders. It was made public at the time. It would be interesting to know how many of you took advantage of that information and took serious positions.
Investing is not what the market is going to do tomorrow or next week, it is doing your homework and following those in the know about the future. Why do you think those purchases were made? The so called Insiders saw what was happening to the company and it's future. A hugely better indicator of what was to come rather than some silly squiggles on a chart !
Positive investing is a hard thing to do, but those that "catch on" will be the richer for it.

    enjoy the journey....

    • You are right. I bought back last quarter of last year in the high $9 range following in insiders. I watched it everyday, and there were SO may opportunities for a new person to buy or anyone to add to their position under $10 as it would trade every few weeks or so to the mid $10 range back down to the high $9 range.

When an insider buys 110,000 and 150,000 shares in the $9 range you better take notice, and it is a gift if you discover it when it's still in the same range in which the insiders bought such a large position.

    • what do you consider a serious position?
