    Bankruptcy is imminent because

the inept corporate management does have a clue how to manage MDR. Cash is being depleted fast due to lack of expertise in engineering, bid proposals, and field execution! The bottom line is - poor management and poor planning equals poor performance and failure!

    • Thanks for highlighting the fact you are clueless to how bankruptcy works, one bad qtr does not make it so.. You are fear mongering and praying on panic. You are on Ignore...

MDR's cash reserves and low debt ensure that they can turn this around in time. Smart buyers buy when company's are under performing and their is a reasonable expectation for reversal (new COO, SH's will exert control and or replace CEO/BOD members, M&A likelihood increases, and their backlog is still significant).
