    chart is screaming "sell"

Everything is a screaming sell here, this is at best dead money for the next 3 to 6 months. Can anyone truly believe anything is going to keep this pos from seeing 4.50 again. It's time we all wake up and stop kidding ourselves.

    Disclosure: Long on SURG :( :( :(

    • This looks like a repeat performance of ZEVEX. Next thing you know, we'll hear from RT that he sold 50% of his position and will wait for the stock to drop to $3-4 before he increases his position. Oh yeah, and do your own DD and just wait 24-48 months.

Yeah, SELL now while there is still a few bucks left to salvage.

      • I listened to the entire conference call. It lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes with intense interest by the investment community. Frankly, I thought it was never going to end. CEO Gregg Scheller and CFO Pam Boone seemed to enjoy the whole experience. Take it from me, these two people are represent leadership of the highest magnitude. I can't say enough good things about them. Everyone who has an interest in SURG should listen to the replay of this media event for enlightment of the first degree. I came away feeling stronger than ever that SURG will come out smelling like a rose in the litigation case with IRIX. As I've said probably too many times here, I believe this case is going to turn into a favorable event for SURG with minimal downside risk other than the fees being paid to the lawyers. And its always possible the two sides might just settle out without going the full distance. I actually have a double interest in this process since I own not only SURG but IRIX as well. I'm anxious for both sides to settle. When you look at the enormous growth potential of SURG at this stage of their development, you have to scratch your head wondering why anyone would want to sell their shares. Once they get the IRIX case out of the way, I see nothing but smooth sailing ahead for SURG and its investors. In my opinion and with patience, this outfit is going to bring multiple baggers to those that continue to hold its shares into the long term (24-48 months). I highly recommend the stock as a "STRONG BUY".

AZ_Joanne, you really need to reconsider your opinion of me. I have no intension whatsoever of selling any portion of my very substantial position in SURG. I don't know how I can make it any clearer to you.

        Cheers and good investing,
        Retiredtechie "RT"
