Their operating earnings were over $2 Million (not including special non-op revenues), and were just under $2 Mil after interest expense. After income taxes, the net income would have been about $1.25 Million, which is $0.05 per share.
Yes, they had non-op earnings of over $3 Mil, which entails income taxes equal to their net income on a pro forma basis had they not had the special income.
