It wont do any good they have been ask many times to support their shareholders but instead they stiff them with the max adr fees they are allowed when they have the discretion and money to waive those fees. The Chinese owner base has zero interest in in the international mostly US holders of the ADR's.
The other thing is growth and earnings have been fading.
Its been a bummer when so many China ADR's have had a nice recovery this year but ZA and XNY a competitor cannot hold on to any gains almost immediately sold off with distribution over the course of a few days.
They do have plans to implement a shareholder friendly action at the end of the quarter, i was assured that they had plans for the majority of the cash stockpile. dont sweat it dude, returns are better when you have a little patience, not everyone wants to flip this thing tomorrow for a few bucks.
