Why shouldn't PFE yield that much? You said it would never yield 4%, but it has yielded 6.5% already! Adding another 2.5%, the same amount you've already been off by, gets us to 9%.
There is no reason whatsoever for PFE not to yield 10%. A stock in a long-term downtrend, with negative long-term growth rate should yield 10%!
