Come to decide
Things that I tried
Were in my life to get high on
When will I know
That I really can't go
To the well again to decide on
When will it kill me
When can I really see
To take my chance and ride on
PFE was then grossly overbought. Look at your fave RSI & other OB/OS indicators then, as your betters told you to do. That it had a runup is exactly why you should have sold.
You cannot recall anything, least of all facts & figures. Your memory is totally shot, if you ever had one.
> What a joke for you to think that I'm going to be clairvoyant enough to see major safety problems for Torcetrapib being announced
By that time other's on this board had already given you links to article which discussed differences in HDL particle size, between naturally-high HDL levels and those artificially-induced by torcetrapib.
But you blithely ignored them, to such an extent you apparently do not even remember it any more.
The technicals were just fine for Pfizer on 12/1/06 just before the adverse news on Torcetrapib.
The stock had surged by over 8% in three weeks from $25.71 on Nov. 10, 2006 to $27.86 on Dec. 1. If any of the "Big Boys" knew something, you'd think by the stock price action that it would be something GOOD - certainly not Torcetrapib failing.
As I have told you and others many times before, I have all of the facts and figures and Pfizer's prices and stats at my fingertips and I'm one person that will never be snowed. Why do you even waste your time trying?
Why am I not surprised that you have forgotten that Lord of the Kachings & other betters told you to sell PFE the very day before Torcetrapib was canceled, based purely on its technicals, which then you pooh-poohed, but now embrace?
A little less rhyme and a little more logic and reasoning on your part would serve you in good stead.
Since you brought up "the ride" though, know that as far as Pfizer goes, the intermediate-term trend is now up and I own at least the next eight months or so.
I'm very much going to enjoy the ride between now and at least the end of Q1-11 and I hope you enjoy watching me make it as I'm going to enjoy raking it in. The salad days are on their way.
